Article 0: Company Affiliation

SonicBook is a product owned and operated by EX AGENCY SLLC.

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the EX AGENCY SLLC company network. The term "Client" refers to any natural or legal person placing an order with the EX AGENCY SLLC company for its SonicBook product, validated through our secure payment platform, or by check, cash, or bank transfer.

Age limitations apply: The EX AGENCY SLLC company only accepts customers over the age of 16 (for physical and electronic products) and over the age of 18 (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Although the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to address a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any newsletter subscriber not meeting these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately removed from our database as soon as this fact is brought to our attention. Similarly, any customer not meeting these criteria will be promptly refunded, and a return of the relevant product(s) will be required.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a website belonging to the EX AGENCY SLLC company implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Any order placed on a website related to SonicBook, whether it be the software or its associated products, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3: Right of Withdrawal

By subscribing to SonicBook and all associated products (SonicBook Pro, Pack of 5000 ebooks, SonicEditor, SonicConversion, and Ebook Impact), you fully waive your right of withdrawal. By subscribing to our services, you gain immediate access to our exclusive features and content, rendering any request for reimbursement impossible, except under the explicitly mentioned conditions below.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in the currency of the country in which the client is located. If the client's currency is not available on the page, then the default currencies are euros or dollars. Prices include all taxes (at the Bulgarian VAT rate of 20%), excluding delivery and processing fees for your order. The prices of items may be changed at any time. However, the rate applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of the order. EX AGENCY SLLC reserves the right to adjust the prices of all SonicBook products at any time without prior notice.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can make payment by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside of France must be international credit cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the Stripe company. The transmitted information is encrypted by software according to the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the Stripe company and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provided when placing your order (therefore, please be particularly careful with the spelling of the email address you enter). The sending of the login email may take a few minutes. We ensure access to your credentials and our servers through the services of FireBase and Amazon AWS. Any guarantee regarding access to SonicBook and associated products falls, provided that other responsibilities related to EX AGENCY are excluded, under the responsibility of FireBase and AWS.

Article 6: Refund Policy

6.1. SonicBook Basic

To be eligible for a refund, you must send us an email within 30 days after purchasing your product. As soon as you've sent your refund request to the address contact@sonicbook.ai, we will send you an email to confirm your request. Once your request is confirmed, we will ask you to fill out a refund form. This form contains questions to help us improve our application and facilitate the refund process quickly and efficiently. In response, you will also need to email us your invoice as proof of purchase. Filling out and returning this form and the attached invoice are mandatory to process your refund request. Once returned, your request is examined by our team, and we validate it based on the following conditions:

1st condition: Contact us within 30 days after purchase.

2nd condition: Fill out the form seriously and return it to us with the attached invoice.

6.2. SonicBook Pro

SonicBook Pro is non-refundable. No refund guarantee is mentioned on the product page.

6.3. For Ebook Impact

To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed the course and send us an email by the end of the 27-day period after your subscription, along with proof that you have completed

the exercises provided in the training and that they have not worked for you. As soon as you've sent your refund request to the address contact@sonicbook.ai, you will receive an email to confirm your request. Once your request is confirmed, we will ask you to fill out a refund form. This form contains questions to help us improve our application and facilitate the refund process quickly and efficiently. In response, you will also need to email us your invoice as proof of purchase. Filling out and returning this form and the attached invoice are mandatory to process your refund request. Once returned, your request is examined by our team, and we validate it based on the following conditions:

1st condition: Contact us within 27 days after purchase.

2nd condition: Fill out the form seriously and return it to us with the attached invoice with the actions you have taken for each module you have followed, to show that you have taken the time to apply the lessons of the course (via screenshots and/or complete arguments).

6.4. For SonicConversion

To be eligible for a refund, you must send us an email within 30 days after purchasing your product. As soon as you've sent your refund request to the address contact@sonicbook.ai, we will send you an email to confirm your request. Once your request is confirmed, we will ask you to fill out a refund form. This form contains questions to help us improve our application and facilitate the refund process quickly and efficiently. In response, you will also need to email us your invoice as proof of purchase. Filling out and returning this form and the attached invoice are mandatory to process your refund request. Once returned, your request is examined by our team, and we validate it based on the following conditions:

Article 6.5: No Refund in Case of Bankruptcy or Sudden Service Termination

In the event of bankruptcy of EX AGENCY SLLC, deletion of the SonicBook product and associated products, termination of its services, disconnection of servers, or initiation of any form of insolvency proceedings, any refund request by customers will be deemed void, and no refunds will be issued.

Article 6.6: Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are exempt from our refund policy: Products that do not explicitly mention a refund guarantee on their respective page. Customers are encouraged to check the product page conditions before making a purchase. For customers opting for an "annual subscription," no refunds will be granted for unused months during the year. Once the subscription is activated, the customer commits for the entire duration of the subscription period, regardless of their usage.

Article 7: Personal Data Protection

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. We declare all our files to the National Commission for Data Protection. By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. By providing your email address on one of our websites, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers regarding products published by EX AGENCY SLLC or by other partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. To do so, simply click on the link at the bottom of our email names "Unsubscribe".

Article 10: Applicable Law

All clauses contained in these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale transactions mentioned therein, shall be subject to Bulgarian law.

Article 11: Service Commitment

EX AGENCY SLLC commits, through its SonicBook product, to fulfill the promise of "writing ebooks in 3 minutes." We strive to provide continuous and high-quality service to our users. However, it is possible that bugs, errors, or issues may occur from time to time. If these issues do not originate from SonicBook's services but from OpenAI, FireBase, or Amazon AWS, SonicBook shall not be held responsible.

Article 12: Limitation of Liability

Bugs and Errors: SonicBook undertakes to do its best to promptly correct any bug, error, or issue reported to it. If these issues do not originate from SonicBook's services but from OpenAI, FireBase, or Amazon AWS, SonicBook shall not be held responsible but commits to providing alternative solutions if possible.

Malicious Attacks: While SonicBook strives to secure its application against malicious attacks, we are not responsible for damages, data losses, or any other issues resulting from actions by hackers or any other individuals seeking to harm our user experience.

Updates: SonicBook reserves the right to make updates, changes, or improvements to its application at any time, without notice or obligation to inform its users.

Article 13: Sanctions for Misconduct

Any individual found guilty or reasonably suspected of plagiarism, theft, hacking, or data leaks on or from SonicBook and associated products will be prosecuted. Sanctions may include fines, compensatory damages, or imprisonment, in accordance with European Union regulations on cybercrime and data protection.

Article 14: User Ban

SonicBook reserves the right to permanently ban any user from the platform without prior notice.

Article 15: Conditions Leading to User Ban

SonicBook places importance on a respectful and safe environment for all its users. We reserve the right to ban users who violate the following conditions:

Defamatory Content: Generating or attempting to generate content that is defamatory, slanderous, or damaging to an individual, group, or organization.

Hate Speech and Discrimination: Producing or attempting to produce content that promotes hate speech, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, or any form of discrimination against a particular group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other defining characteristic.

Violent Content: Generating or attempting to generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, or harm against individuals or groups.

Sexual Content: Producing or attempting to produce sexually explicit, obscene, or non-consensual content.

Illegal Activities: Using SonicBook to generate content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, human trafficking, or any form of organized crime.

Fraudulent Behavior: Using or attempting to use someone else's payment information, forging identities, or engaging in any form of deceitful behavior on the platform.

Violation of Copyrights: Generating content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights without the appropriate permissions.

Harassment and Bullying: Using the platform to generate content that harasses, bullies, threatens, or otherwise causes distress to individuals or groups.

Malicious Software: Attempting to introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious software to the platform or its users.

Tampering with Platform Functionality: Any attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit, or in any way tamper with the platform's functionality, source codes, or underlying technologies.

Multiple Account Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to avoid penalties, restrictions, or bans.

SonicBook retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes a violation of these conditions and may update these conditions as necessary. Any user found violating these conditions may be permanently banned from using the platform without prior notice.
